Please note that return shipping for wholesale orders is the responsibility of the buyer unless the items arrived damaged.

Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours to ensure the items are eligible for return based on our bulk purchase guidelines.
Package and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them to our central distribution center using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your wholesale account within 7-10 business days.
