What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for our wholesale rates, we require a minimum order value of $500 or at least 15 units per style across different sizes.
Do you offer international shipping for bulk orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and total weight, which will be calculated at checkout.
Can I request samples before placing a large volume order?
Absolutely. You can purchase single units at retail price plus shipping. Once you place a bulk order for that item, we will credit the sample price difference back to your account.
What is your return policy for wholesale items?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for defective or damaged items. Due to our wholesale pricing structure, we do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change of mind.
Are your fashion products pre-labeled or white-label?
Most of our inventory comes with our standard brand tags, but we offer a white-label service for orders over 500 units where we can sew in your custom branding.
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale transactions?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For long-term partners, we also offer Net-30 payment terms subject to credit approval.
